John Kowalsky
President
John Kowalsky is the President of CNC Network Solutions and previously served as the business leader of Consolidated Networks Corporation's Design/Build division, helping grow the organization from its founding in 1998 into a nationally recognized communications infrastructure contractor. Over his 25+ year career, John has led the design, construction, and modernization of mission-critical telecommunications, network infrastructure, and technology systems for the Department of Defense, public-sector organizations, and commercial clients across the United States. Today, he leads CNC Network Solutions with a focus on infrastructure modernization, advanced technology facilities, and hyperscale data center development.

Brian Baesler
Executive Vice President
Brian Baesler serves as Executive Vice President and leads operations, project delivery, and technical execution for CNC Network Solutions. A highly respected communications infrastructure professional and RCDD, Brian has extensive experience managing large-scale fiber optic, structured cabling, outside plant, and technology construction projects. His focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence ensures successful delivery of complex mission-critical infrastructure programs.

Director of Business Development
Kevin Peters leads business development, capture management, and strategic growth initiatives for CNC Network Solutions. With extensive experience in federal, state, local, and commercial markets, Kevin specializes in identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and building winning pursuit strategies. He works closely with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand CNC's presence in communications infrastructure modernization and advanced technology construction.

Sasha Chalak
Corporate Finance Manager
Sasha Chalak serves as Corporate Finance Manager for CNC Network Solutions, overseeing financial operations, forecasting, reporting, ERP systems, and corporate controls. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from San Francisco State University and brings more than a decade of experience supporting construction, technology, logistics, and high-growth organizations. Prior to joining CNS, Sasha founded a successful consulting practice and held senior finance leadership positions, including Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Head of Investor Relations for a rapidly growing technology company. His expertise in construction accounting, financial planning, ERP implementation, investor relations, and operational strategy helps position CNS for disciplined growth and long-term success.
